Direct project leadership requires the ability to guide team members in specific project tasks, facilitate team and public meetings, train staff in needed skills, develop written and electronic materials as project information resources, and otherwise take lead responsibility for effective project design and implementation.
Ms. Stump assists groups and individuals in Research and Project Design by leading project teams through the steps needed to complete effective projects on time and under budget.
Ms. Stump focuses on developing the skills of group leaders in designing project plans, identifying project milestones, developing project budgets, focusing on data to be collected, documenting project design and process, and empowering team members in their effective project participation.
